1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wegosliim website at wegosliim.com ("Platform") or any of our services — including mobile recharge, Batelco quick pay, and multi-network top-up — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. About Wegosliim

Wegosliim is a digital mobile recharge and telecom services intermediary registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We facilitate the processing of mobile top-up transactions for supported network operators, including Batelco, STC Bahrain, and Zain, through our secure payment infrastructure. All transactions are denominated in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).

3. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted only for individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Are accessing the Platform from within a jurisdiction where use of such services is lawful.
• Are not prohibited from using the services under applicable law.

4. Service Description

Wegosliim provides the following digital telecom services:

• Batelco Recharge: Processing of prepaid mobile recharge for Batelco subscribers in Bahrain.
• Batelco Quick Pay Gateway: A secure, streamlined interface for Batelco quick payment processing.
• Multi-Network Top-Up: Mobile top-up services for STC Bahrain and Zain subscribers.
• Account Management: A dashboard for viewing transaction history and account details.

We act as an intermediary facilitating these transactions and do not operate as a mobile network operator. Network availability, plan terms, and service conditions are governed by the respective operators.

5. Transaction Terms

All transactions conducted through Wegosliim are subject to the following conditions:

• All prices and charges are displayed and processed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).
• You are responsible for providing accurate mobile number and network details. Wegosliim is not liable for transactions sent to an incorrect number.
• Once a recharge transaction is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Please verify all details before confirming payment.
• Wegosliim reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion, including where fraud or misuse is suspected.
• Transaction records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Bahraini law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, including using stolen payment instruments.
• Attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates Bahraini law or applicable international law.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the Platform without our written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, and software, is the property of Wegosliim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bahraini law, Wegosliim shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of services due to network operator downtime.
• Losses arising from your failure to provide accurate transaction details.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim, in BHD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wegosliim and its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Services and Terms

Wegosliim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
